Refund policy


Thank you for choosing Bowden Brewing. We strive to provide you with the highest quality products. Due to the nature of our goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the items you purchased are defective or damaged.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at beer@bowdenbrewing.com.


Damages and issues
If you receive a product that is broken or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund as soon as possible.
