The Bowden Brewing kitchen is home to Masa.

Masa serves up truly untraditional Mexican. The food is inspired by Mexican street food but utilises ingredients and techniques from the many cultures that contribute to Australia’s amazing food scene.

Where possible all ingredients are sourced locally and everything, including the Masa (corn dough used to make tortillas) itself, is made in house.
