Without a Stout

An easy drinking, smooth (but dry) stout designed to be a winter staple here in Bowden. An additional of oats provide a smooth body for the drier finished stout while the chocolate malt and cocoa nibs added provide a subtle chocolate taste and aroma.

Hops: East Kent Goldings (plus Cacao Nibs)

Yeast: SafAle S-04

Alc: 5.3%
