The Trailblazer Oaked American Amber Ale
What’s better than an ice cold beer after a long day? Pairing that knockoff with a dram of Bourbon of course! But in our never-ending pursuit of ultimate indulgence, we couldn’t stop ourselves there. For our latest collaboration brew, we enlisted the help of some of Adelaide’s finest bartenders to help design the perfect boilermaker to match with one of our favourite whiskies; Basil Hayden’s Bourbon. The result is pure drinking decadence, a delicious malt driven Amber Ale, made with rye and hints of spice, this creation has an incredible mouth-feel that leaves traces of apricot and oak flavour on the finish.
