Oopsy Daisy Barrel Aged Mango Sour

We stuffed up the first batch of draught we made as one of our contractors didn’t open valve and we didn’t check (oopsy). We put it in a couple of spent wine barrels, added a few bacterial cultures and soured the beers, after 9 months we added some fruit puree resulting in zingy complex fruited draught!
