Oopsy Daisy Barrel Aged Mango Sour
We stuffed up the first batch of draught we made as one of our contractors didn’t open a valve and we didn’t check (oopsy). We put it in a couple of spent wine barrels, added a few bacterial cultures and soured the beers, after 9 months we added some fruit puree resulting in zingy complex fruited draught!
