Never Never Gin & Fizz Cerveza
We have teamed up with the legends at Never Never Distilling to combine both of our passions, and take a bit of a journey in to the unknown together. Can we combine cocktails and beers, and take our flavour profiles beyond our known horizons..? Paying homage to the classic Gin Fizz cocktail, without steering too far off course, we landed on an extremely crushable Mexican corn lager.
Nothing too Ramos about this fizz though. We infused this clean and crisp drop with subtle gin botanicals, and laced it with considerable amounts of fresh lemon zest. Perfect alongside our Mexican fare – tacquero mucho. This lovechild is definitely Juan to remember. One sip and you’ll be hooked.
Malts: Coopers Ale, Coopers Pale, Flaked Maize, Sour Grapes, Munich
Hops: Magnum, Motueka
Yeast: Saflager W-34/70
