Description

This here is inspired by our good friends at Soi38 and their cult Tom Yum Cocktail creation. Light, tart, slightly salty, and extremely refreshing – you’ll get a zing from the lactic acid kettle sour base and a bite from the generous ginger kick. Beautifully sunrise pink with layers of aromats from lemongrass and kaffir lime, this is a cracking fusion combo with our Masa fare.

Malts: Light Lager, Wheat Malt, Flaked Rice, Acidulated

Hops: Motueka

Yeast: SafSour LP652, SafAle US-05
