Ice In My Veins Cold IPA
Sheeeeeesh. We’re getting a little old now for Gen Z hype. We’ve seen dank IPAs, hazecan fans, pastrybois, beer slushies (standby), and the hypebeasting of everything beer related (can you say Yeet?). But we’re not cheugy yet fam – we’re not here to cancel things, like skinny jeans – and every now and again we can get around a trend… *bites lip*
This is a new style emerging from the states – Cold IPAs – fermented 3 degrees cooler than our normal IPA’s for an ultra-clean ferment. We think it’s like IPAs finally glowed-up. This cold-blooded drip features rice, corn, and American hops to make for an extra crispy IPA but still with a decent frosted hop bitterness. We’re a stan already – this’ll be living rent-free in our fridge for a while to come.
