Derulo’s Rules Kolsch

A single hopped Kolsch style beer (i.e. German Golden Ale) using noble German Hallertau hops. Using this in the boil provides an earthy spicy bitterness followed by a subtle floral aroma by adding it in as a dry hop as well. Named after a good friend who helped us perfect the recipe over many trials and even serving a tasting at his wedding; there’s only one rule when drinking this beer and that is Derulo’s Rules.

Hops: Hallertau Mittelfrauher

Yeast: Wyeast 2565 Kolsch

Alc: 5%
